Salton YM9 1 Quart Yogurt Maker Review
I recently purchased a Salton YM9 1 Quart Yogurt Maker. Here are my thoughts on this nifty little machine.
The machine is easy to use and inexpensive. All you do is plug in the machine, fill the container with scalded or UHT milk, add a yogurt starter and let the machine do it's business. The result is delicious home yogurt after about eight hours, but it continues to develop for periods as long as thirty-six. A helpful tip, UHT milk doesn't need to be scalded and that makes yogurt-making extra convenient.
Overall I highly recommend this cute little yogurt maker.
