All Clad Stainless 12-inch frying pan Review
I'm a big fan of the All-Clad lines for looks, performance, and utility. There's no denying that they are on the pricey side, but the overall quality, I think, justifies the cost. This pan is no exception. It's on the large side--perfect for a family size saute when you don't want the deep sides of a wok, or a bacon breakfast for four. It heats evenly and maintains a firm, but easily loosenable connection to food. It's not as heavy as the now once again popular cast iron pan, so food can be easily flipped one handed if you need. They're remarkably easy to clean and polish up like new even with daily use.
