Forschner Victorinox Fibrox Chef's Knife Review
I am always looking for a good knife (I collect them). So, after reading reviews of the forschner victorinox fibrox chef's knife in 2 different magazines so I decided to try it out. The knife is light compared to my other forged knives and this takes a bit of getting used to. The blade is super sharp and easy to resharpen and I bet because of the low price (about $25) the knife sells really well with professional cooks.

The handle is large so those with small hands should try it. The handle is also made of a hardened rubber like material which is not very attractive.

Overall I think this knife is a super value. Especially if you work in the food service industry.
