Global Knife Set Review
The Global Knife Set in this review is a 2 piece set that features the 8" Chef Knife and a small paring knife.

The G-2 Chef Knife is outstanding. Super sharp out of the box and very light in my hand. This knife was featured in the book "Kitchen Confidential" and I can see why Anthony Bourdain liked it so much. My only complaint is the knife has no bolster which irritate my index finger if I am chopping for long periods of time.
