Henckels Twin Select Review
Henckels Twin Select Knives are just one line out of 8 in the Henckels line of knives. The knives are destinctive because they have stainless steel handles and are the most expensive knives Henckels offers. 

I purchased the Twin Select Henckels Chef Knife. The knife works great for chopping, dicing and slicing and the edge stays sharp for long periods of time without having to resharpen. It has a nice wide blade that is great for chopping larger vegetables like carrots. The knife is a bit heavier than my other knives and the handle gets a little slippery when wet. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants a knife to look as good as it cuts.
