Panini Grill Review
I recently purchased a Commercial Panini Grill manufactured by  Sirman who is a leading manufacturer of panini grills located in Italy. These grills are popular in coffee shops like the one I own and don't typically require expensive ventilation hoods. The grill I purchased is the large 220 V double top. It heats up quickly and I really like the cast iron surface which becomes no stick after a few uses. To season the grill just turn it on a few times and coat it with cooking spray, then let it cool off. To clean the grill is simple. Just use the included wire brush and scrape off any food particles.   

There is a double timer with the unit which comes in handy. Even though I purchased the large grill I could still use some extra room. It will handle about 4 sandwiches at a time. All in all I am very pleased with the grill.
