Shun Elite Knives Review
I just bought the all new Shun Elite knives and feel they are the better than the shun classic. The blades offer an attractive design and excellent performance. They are made out of powdered steel which is more evenly blended, eliminating weak spots and other imperfections. The result is that Shun Elite knives will hold there edge several times longer than other comparable knives while providing super performance.

One thing people should know is that the knives are very expensive. I'm really not sure if they warrant this premium price but they are very high quality.
