Shun Knives Review
Shun Knives have a growing reputation as the best Japanese knives on the market today so I figured I would try one. The first thing I noticed when I took the knife out of the box was the d shaped handle. They designed this to fit in your hand and it was a little akward at first but after a while I really liked it. Just be sure to get the left handed or right handed version since they don't work for both.

The blade has a demascus pattern which is attractive and the knife is super sharp out of the box. Overall I feel that shun knives offer a good product but the price is higher that other Japanese knives. I'm not sure if they are worth the extra money.
