Woll Cookware Logic Titanium Review
Instead of "sticking" to teflon (or any standard non-stick coating) pan, you can try the German brand Woll Cookware, and forget whatever you experience with non-stick. Cast iron pans are too heavy for the common home user. It takes longer to heat Cast iron pans, it's difficult to maneuver, their is always the danger of rust etc. I can recommend the German brand Woll Cookware. Since I bought a 10 inch Logic titanium pan in Germany 2 years ago, I was very happy with my titanium coated frying pan, using it almost every day, and it's still perfect as the day I bought it, and performs with first rate cooking results. I can say that this is one of the best pans available.
