Wusthof Bread Knife Review

There is nothing better than a good bread knife. They work great when slicing crusty breads and soft fruits and vegetables. I recently purchased a Wusthof bread knife and found the knife to be very good at the tasks it is designed for. The knife handle is easy to hold and fits in my hand very well and I like the looks of the classic 3 rivet design. The knife is dishwasher safe but don't do it. Dishwashers destroy the edge of knives quickly.

On the down side this knife could use an extra inch of length and I prefer the offset handles to the straigh ones since they allow you to slice right to the cutting board without your hand getting in the way.

Overall I give this knife 4 stars out of 5.
