Wusthof Cheese Knife Review
A cheese knife is a special tool. They are designed to cut through soft cheeses by opening the blade so there is less friction and less for the cheese to "grab". I recently purchased a Wusthof Cheese Knife and found that it works quite well for soft cheese. This knife is an extravagance since it does this one thing particularly well but doesn't do much else well. The handle design is the classic 3 rivet design and it does a good job on soft cheese but not so well with hard cheese.
