Wusthof Culinar Review
I purchased a
Wusthof Culinar
Chef Knife last year. The blade on the knife is identicle to Wusthof's top selling Classic line. The edge was sharp out of the box but could be sharper. This is common with German knives that tend to sharpend their knives more for longevity than peak sharpness. After 10 minutes work with my sharpening stone it was good to go.
The handle is what sets this knife apart. The all stainless steel look is very attractive. I find it a little slippery when my hands get grease on them such as when I cut up a chicken. Overall the knife is great and I would recommend it.
