Wusthof Ikon Knives Review
Wusthof Ikon knives are a brand new design series from Wusthof and  offers a modern design with completely forged blades from one piece of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. I found that blades were balanced well and are very attractive in appearance. Overall the knives are very sharp out of the box but not as sharp as some of the Japanese knives I have tried such as Shun or Global. The price of these knives is prohibitive so I imagine they will not appeal to most since there are better values out there. All in all the Wusthof Ikon knives are high quality with a questionable value proposition.
