Westin Pasadena Review
What did you like?
This is a very nice hotel in a good location in Pasadena. It's on North Los Robles, convenient for much of the Pasadena area and walking distance from Old Town for going out at night. I had a room on a high floor, very quiet and with nice touches from the recent renovation. There were shutters instead of blackout curtains and the simplicity of the room seems somewhere between a Westin and W styling. As at any SPG property, the bed is very comfortable and the showers are high quality. The bar is pleasant, although it's very close to the nicer parts of Pasadena for food and evening entertainment.What didn't you like?
The staff doesn't answer the phone very quickly in response to guest services.Overall, what did you think?I would recommend this hotel for either business or leisure.
